Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because our products are 3D printed and prepared with care, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Domestic shipping (Egypt): 2–5 business days

• International shipping: Not yet available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination

• Package weight and size

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (info@littlebuddies.shop). Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

Delays & Issues

Little Buddies is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Courier service disruptions or force majeure events

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs

• Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping fees
